SEE MY ADHD:
Hyperfocused on the
overlooked.

See My ADHD helps offer more ease to individuals with "invisible" disabilities while also providing education and training to the educators, employers, and loved ones of those who are neurodiverse and/or face other mental health obstacles.

Innovations in technology like VR and AI are also at the foundation of our work — breakthroughs in neuroscience suggest these platforms can be tremendously beneficial.

We believe the best achievable state for any individual's mental, emotional, and physical well-being should be well within reach. Note: Our organization is founded and run by Cali Green of Cali Green Ink LLC while we establish our nonprofit.

OUR FOUNDING GOALS

Raising $100,000 for a pilot program that will provide three individuals with one full year of access to mental, physical, and nutritional health services.

Creating toolkits for the employers, educators, and loved ones of the neurodiverse and those with mental health obstacles.

Fully launching See My ADHD as a resource for the most vulnerable and overlooked among us — specifically those from disempowered communities.

OUR PURPOSE

"Invisible" disabilities require visible support. It is a public health necessity to counteract the stigma surrounding conditions like ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorders. The voices of those who suffer in silence because of fear, shame, and overwhelm need to be heard.

THE PLAN

To start, we aim to give whole-self care to three individuals for one year and track their progress. To ensure accessibility, our review committee will consider various submission formats—written, video, audio—to make the application process less daunting.

After decades of living with anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, and recently-diagnosed neurodivergence, Cali is actively involved in education and advocacy. The path to being the healthiest versions of ourselves mandates caring for mind, body, and spirit. At minimum*, this can include:

Therapy & Medication Support ($10,000+ yearly)
Gym Membership or Accessible Equivalent ($600+ yearly)
Nutrition Support ($3,600+ yearly)

*above figures are based upon national averages

THE WHY

The obstacles we face often exacerbate the conditions for which we need help. Where do we find employers who are committed to advancing and upholding our human rights? How can we combat food insecurity and underlying nutrition deficits? Who will help us successfully win legal battles and access the social services purported to be for our benefit?

These questions and more are at the heart of our commitment to being hyperfocused on the overlooked.

BRAIN V. WORLD: Presented by See My ADHD
Series created & illustrated by Cali Green.

Hyperfocus is very real. And it’s not personal—promise.

The ADHD impulse to move and/or socialize in class is not defiance.

Being unorganized frustrates us, too.

Our troubles with executive function show up in myriad ways.

We also find it rude when our brains interrupt *US*.
